Copenhagen Harbour Festival Poster Competition

The Copenhagen Harbour Festival is Copenhagen’s annual summer harbour festival that fills the city’s waterways with life and activity. The festival has over the past 14 years developed into the nation’s largest cultural harbour festival with over 100,000 visitors.

The festival offers a new setting for cultural activities and unique experiences hosted by the city’s many cultural and sports associations. At the same time, the festival is a showcase for new creative cultural projects in and around the harbour.

The poster design will be used on:

• Poster columns - located on the city’s busiest streets
• Banners - on pedestrianised high streets in the city centre in the week leading up to the festival
• Program - distributed to cafés, restaurants, the tourist information centre, hotels, etc.
• Poster - featured at all city schools, cultural centres, libraries and sports facilities

Only one proposal may be submitted per participant.

There is no entry fee.

Eligibility


Anyone worldwide can participate in this poster competition.

Prize


The selected design will be rewarded with DKK 15,000 (approx. 2,450 USD).

Moreover, all submissions will be exhibited electronically at Kulturhuset Islands Brygge (culture centre) between 7 and 9 August 2015 and on the kulturhavn.dk festival website after the winner has been announced.
