In order to strengthen the international communication of cartoons and illustrations and to make the art of cartoons and illustrations more flourishing, the Chinese

Hongtu Art

institute is sponsoring the

4th Gold Panda International Cartoon and Illustration Competition

.

There are three themes:

Technique and medium are free. Any painting, print making, traditional chinese painting, oil painting, watercolour, crafts art or sculpture will be accepted.

Maximum 10 entries for each category. Maximum size of the works should be

200 x 200cm

. Works awarded in other contests will be accepted.

Participants should submit original works (

any slide, photograph or xerox will not be accepted

). The submitted works will not be returned. They will be exhibited and displayed in

Redman International Cartoon House

.

There is no entry fee
