The Competition is part of the UN Women campaign “Generation Equality: Realizing women’s rights for an equal futureâ€, which celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Fourth World Conference on Women that took place in Beijing in 1995.
You are invited to picture to your vision of what a gender-equal generation looks like.
Your drawing must fit on one DIN A4 page. If a drawing comprises several pictures, the number of the pictures should not exceed six boxes. The drawing must not include words.
There is no entry fee.
Eligibility
Open worldwide to anyone between 18 and 28 years old as of 18 January 2021.
Prize
• First Prize: 1200 EUR
• Second Prize: 750 EUR
• Third Prize: 500 EUR
In addition, an exhibition with cartoons from all finalists will take place during the Generation Equality Forum in Paris (on-site or virtual, depending on the situation).
