The Derwent Art Prize 2021

Derwent, renowned pencil manufacturers, are proud to announce the sixth instalment of

. Artists are invited to submit up to 6 images. The submitted work must be created in pencil. You can use any pencil including water-soluble, pastel, graphite, charcoal or coloured pencils.

The work must not exceed 182cm in its greatest dimension. There is no minimum size limit. Only works produced within the last 3 years are acceptable.

This year’s entries will be judged by a distinguished panel of selectors including a gallery curator, a leading artist and an art critic. Copyright of all works remains the property of the artist.

There is an entry fee of 15 GBP

for the first work and 5 GBP

per additional works.
