March 12-22, 2020), is thrilled to announce its long-running
International Poster Design Competition. This is your opportunity to create an iconic and timeless image that will be used in all of the festival's marketing and promotional materials.
Design professionals, artists and students from all over the world are invited to produce a commemorative poster design that will represent the history and legacy of the SDLFF. Submit an iconic design that captures the essence of this annual celebration of Latino film, music, and art for a chance to be the face of the festival.
Computer graphics, as well as paintings, may be used to compose the design. Artwork must be submitted in JPEG. Top 10 finalists are required to submit artwork in
vector format.
There is no entry fee.
Eligibility
Open to individuals, teams and design firms from around the world.
Prize
A panel of distinguished judges (
composed of artists, graphic designers, and arts educators) will vote on the winning poster and finalists.
