The World Standards Cooperation is launching a competition to design a poster illustrating the World Standards Day 2017.
Each year on 14 October, the members of the IEC, ISO and ITU celebrate World Standards Day, which is a means of paying tribute to the collaborative efforts of the thousands of experts worldwide who develop the voluntary technical agreements that are published as international standards.
This year's theme is Standards make cities smarter and you are invited to submit your most inspired, creative illustration of how International Standards contribute to making cities smarter.
To enter the competition send your designs in .jpg or .png format to the following e-mail address: wsd2017@worldstandardscooperation.org (total attachment should not exceed 20Mb).
Submissions from both individuals and teams are accepted.
There is no entry fee.
Eligibility
Open to everyone worldwide.
Prize
The winner in each category will be awarded 1,500 CHF (approx. 1,505 USD).
