The Anthology Photography Competition 2026 is an international photography contest run by Anthology magazine, inviting photographers to submit compelling standalone images responding to the theme “The World As You See It.” The competition focuses on individual photographs that demonstrate a distinctive point of view and strong visual communication.
A wide range of photographic approaches is welcomed, including street photography, landscapes, nature and wildlife, macro photography, lifestyle, still life and architecture. Technically manipulated work such as abstract images, panoramas, stitched photographs and composites is also accepted, with additional merit given to creative interpretations of the brief.
Entries are assessed on quality, creativity, originality and visual or emotional impact. With its broad photographic scope and emphasis on a single memorable image, the Anthology Photography Competition offers photographers a focused opportunity to develop and present work that combines technical strength with an individual interpretation of the world.
Entry fee: €15 per image/entry from January 1 to April 30, 2026; €18 per image/entry from May 1 to November 30, 2026, with one image permitted per entry.
