The IN:SENSE Design Award 2027 is an international competition dedicated to sensory design, celebrating projects that thoughtfully integrate sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell into meaningful human experiences. Organized by AUDIAS Co., Ltd., the award encourages designers, artists, researchers, architects, technologists, and creative teams to explore how multisensory thinking can expand the role of design beyond visual aesthetics.

The competition accepts submissions across four categories: Object & Sensation, Space & Environment, Interaction & AI, and Art & Research. Eligible works range from products, wearables, interiors, and public spaces to interactive systems, artificial intelligence, installations, illustration, animation, research, and experimental projects, provided that sensory experience is central to the concept.

Entries are evaluated through a two-stage jury process by an international panel of experts using criteria that emphasize sensory integration, innovation, user experience, and impact. The award offers participants an opportunity to present their work within a global platform dedicated to advancing multisensory and human-centered design while contributing to the growing field of sensory design.

Entry fee: Early Bird: USD 20 per entry (students) or USD 45 per entry (general); Regular: USD 40 per entry (students) or USD 90 per entry (general); finalist review and winner package fees apply only to selected finalists and winners.
